Return Timeframe

To qualify for a return, the product should:

Include all original packaging and accessories.

Not be altered, damaged, or excessively worn after delivery.

Personalized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective.

Refund Process
After the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the result.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are refundable only when the return is caused by our error or a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Photos of the product, shipping label, and packaging will help us resolve the matter promptly.

Exchanges
We currently do not provide direct product exchanges.

Customers may return eligible products and place a separate order for the desired replacement.
